Fast Forward Your Business with Customized Occupational Training

September 23, 2025

Would customized occupational training take your business to the next level? Are you concerned about a prohibitive cost? Wisconsin Fast Forward (WFF) is the answer to your questions!

The WFF standard grant program awards funds to businesses in all Wisconsin industry sectors that reimburse the costs of customized occupational training costs for unemployed, underemployed, and incumbent workers. Grant awards can be from $5,000 to $400,000 per grantee.

Get paid to provide your employees with occupational training

Your workers benefit from the training by gaining full-time employment, higher level employment or increased wages. Your business will benefit from an elevated employee skillset. The Workforce Development Board can help explore how the WFF Grant may work for you. Please contact us by email or by calling the office number at 715-235-8393 and selecting the staff member extension.
