Quality Jobs, Equity, Strategy Training Disaster Recovery National Dislocated Worker Grants (QUEST DWG) are intended to support unemployed and underemployed individuals in critical industries. Wisconsin will use its allocation to expand access to affordable, quality child care and strengthen the child care workforce.
